  • Please contact us as soon as possible via Whatsapp / SMS / call
  • If the order has not been dispatched, our friendly team member will retrieve it from the warehouse and assist with the cancellation of order
  • If the order includes free delivery and the order has been dispatched, a redirection shipping fee of $16 will be deducted from the refund amount
  • If customer has paid for shipping, and the order has been dispatched, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Customer may request for an order cancellation and receive a full refund if the pre-ordered item has been delayed for more than 3 working days
  • Only items that are unused and in its original packaging can qualify for an exchange. 
  • Our courier is unable to handle cash. As such, any additional payment will have to arranged prior to delivery
  • Item can be returned/ exchanged at our warehouse in person or via delivery with tracking number. Additional delivery charges may apply
  • For items purchased at discounted price, the item will be refunded (excluding any delivery fees) and buyer has to purchase the new item at the current listed price
  • For regular priced purchase, a cash top up can be done at the warehouse if the item is returned in person
  • If the item is returned via delivery with tracking, order will be refunded (excluding any delivery fees) upon receipt in original condition. New item will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the returned item is received. All shipping fees of the new item is to be borne by buyer. Full payment (item top up or shipping) must be made before new item will be shipped out


  • Items shipped via Singpost Normal Mail regularly takes 3-5 working days. Delays may be experienced during public holidays and/ or peak season (such as Chinese New Year or Christmas)
  • However, from our experience, customers may encounter delays of up to 1 month should Singpost misplace/ mis-sort the item or damage the packaging
  • Please do check your mailbox for any collection slips should you not receive the item after 5 working days. Some items may be too bulky for the mailbox and a collection slip will be placed in your mailbox instead. These items will need to be personally collected at the stated Singpost office by the cutoff date (this can be found on the collection slip)
  • Item(s) not collected by the stated date will be returned to sender
  • We will inform if we receive any returned mail
  • Free shipping is available for orders above $60 and will take 3-5 working days
  • Items may be shipped using Singpost Normal Mail or courier service
  • Please opt for express delivery should you require the items urgently. There will be additional cost for this service
  • Delivery charges may vary during promotional period, no prior notice shall be given
  • Normal delivery takes 3-5 working days
  • Express delivery may be performed on same day or next working day as this depends on the availability of courier


  • There will be an additional charge of $40 for cat trees to be assembled prior to delivery. This fee is cover the extra manpower cost as well additional delivery charges due to large assembled size
  • Please check the assembled cat tree on delivery as the seller will not be liable for any defect or damage once the delivery has been signed off
  • We do not offer any on site assembly services
  • No warranty will be offered
  • All electric products are tested prior to dispatch
